Spain has a different personality and flavor profile to Andalusia, Galicia, Catalonia and everything in between – all part of Spain and Food Specialties and traditions. In Spain, dinner is not just something you do not come from the need to stay alive, the experience is the means to communicate and relate to the people who prepare food and the people you share your food .
I think the food culture in Spain is something that many Americans are just starting to understand and appreciate. Men grab quick bite to eat during breaks between tasks, and was heated reduced to swallow when watching TV and a lot of people want more flavor and excitement to their meals to add, but have no access to the articles of unusual or restaurants their environment – people willing to try something different and interesting. There are also a growing segment of the population and a passion for different cultures, especially food and searching for what can not be a tapas bar hopping experience – V. Delicious jamon and my personal favorite – is what you can. T easily in the U.S.
